WOODLAND DETAILS
 

Covenants attached to Rockshill Wood.

 

(a) The land hereby conveyed shall be used for agricultural forestry or sporting purposes or for the erection of Agricultural and Forestry dwelling houses and for no other purposes.

(b) No building shall be erected on the land hereby conveyed unless the plans thereof shall have been previously approved in writing by the Vendor or his Agents the costs of such approval not to exceed Three pounds three shillings.

(c) The cottage erected upon the piece of land hereby conveyed distinguished on the said plan by the number 96a such land being part of that coloured red thereon shall be used as a residence for a forestry or agricultural worker or gamekeeper and for no other purpose whatever.

(d) Nothing shall be done or allowed on the land hereby conveyed which shall be or prove to be a nuisance to the Vendor or his successors in title.

(e) Nothing in these stipulations shall require the vendor to impose similar or any restrictions on the land retained by him.

(f) No right to light or air to the premises hereby conveyed shall be implied which will prevent or interfere with the use of the land retained by the Vendor for building or any other purpose.

Please note that (c) refers to another adjacent property.
